Japanese Dining "KOYOMI" -- Memorable "EDO-TOKYO" Cuisine

“Edomae / Edo-style” regional dishes like “SOBA”,”TENPURA” Japanese western style meal “YOUSYOKU” from “Ginza” “MONJA”,”SUKIYAKI” from traditional town “Shitamachi”.

We are preparing from traditional to modernly arranged Japanese dishes.
You can also enjoy dishes created in collaboration with the Japanese long-established restaurant “Kacyo”.

A bamboo seiro of vegetables, meat, and tofu, inspired by the sumo wrestlers’ hot pot “chanko-nabe.” Enjoy it with two dipping sauces.
Sea Bream Rice with Dashi Broth

A traditional signature dish of Kacho, established in 1927.Sashimi-style sea bream with sesame sauce and tender grilled sea bream are first enjoyed with rice. For the second serving, place the sea bream over rice and pour fragrant house-made dashi to create a refined ochazuke.
